About Me

Amy Lynn: The hardest part of a marathon is mile 20 to 26.2. It takes guts, courage, determination, discipline, & most of all, heart. Just like life. I am a marathon-running, baby-delivering, fitness fanatic who strives to live each day with the same drive & motivation as it takes to finish those last 6.2 miles. I recently survived a deadly illness with a 5% survival rate, necrotizing fasciitis. It was hell on earth as I lived it, but as I recover, I'm finding that in fact, it was heaven on earth. I survived. I was blessed. I am God's chosen miracle. This blog is dedicated to declaring the works of my God as he saved my life, as well as my running stories, as a smitten twenty-something married to my best friend J!
